✅ Eligible Return Conditions

Due to the nature of firearm sales, we only accept returns under the following strict conditions:

• The firearm arrived damaged in transit

• You received the wrong item

• Your firearm is defective or non-functioning on arrival

To initiate a return, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

🔒 Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and unfired

• All original packaging and documentation must be intact

• You must provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue

• A Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued before sending anything back

Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse or accidental orders

• Firearms that have been used, altered, or tampered with

• Orders seized or denied due to local firearm laws (please verify legality before purchasing)

• Delayed or rejected customs clearance (outside our control)

💵 Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will:

• Confirm condition and issue eligibility

• Process a refund to your original payment method

• Refund shipping costs only if the return is due to our error

Allow 5–10 business days for your refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

• A free replacement, shipped promptly

• Or a full refund, if a replacement is not possible

For customers in Europe and Canada, please verify local import laws before ordering. If your order is returned due to customs or legal restrictions in your country, a partial refund (minus shipping & 10% restocking fee) may be applied.
